Clients remain solely responsible for:

Ensuring compliance with federal / state/ local laws, regulations and industry standards.

Implementing recommended policies, procedures and corrective actions

Maintaining required certifications, permits/ documentation

Providing accurate and complete information necessary for the performance of consulting services.
Khai Safety Consulting is not liable for regulatory penalties, citations, fines or losses arising from a client failure to meet legal requirements or to implement safety recommendations. All recommendations are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of service.
By engaging our services the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and accepts full responsibility for the final decisions and actions taken within their organization.
CANCELLATIONS
All payments are due prior to the start of services.
All services must be scheduled through the booking calendar and are subject to availability.
Cancellation fees and pricing policies are explained at the time of booking and are outlined within the service agreement.

Khai Safety Consulting LLC accepts the following forms of payment: cash, debit card, credit card, ACH, wire transfer, and check.
